I’m starting a new site in hopes that I can help people who’s life has been impacted by Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD). You may ask what qualifications do I have, to be completely honest, not a ton. However, I have battled with OCD, I have studied some psychology in college, I’ve tried many different types of treatment, and I have tried to do as much research as I possibly can on the subject. My goal is just to share what knowledge, tips, and advice I have learned from my own experience battling with OCD. This site is not to take the place of adequate medical attention. If you or someone you know is battling OCD please seek professional help. I know it can be difficult to admit you have a problem, the stigma associated with seeking treatment, and all the general concerns that go along with it. I’m here to tell you that you are not alone. OCD is no different than any other illness, there really is nothing to be ashamed about and most important that you can recover.
