There have been plenty of studies to show the positive health benefits of laughing and humor. I’m not going to get into all of them. In every situation though, there is usually, some humor. Seek it out. Take time to be silly. It will brighten up your day and those around you. Laugh at your mistakes or irrationality at times it can help and it’s better than crying about it or getting angry. Enjoy watching comedies every once and awhile. As an adult, life is too short to go through without laughing.
