The circus in my mind ( short poem by yours truly)

Everyday is a struggle

My brain is my worst foe

The thoughts I cannot juggle

Or simply let go

One lands on my foot

The other on my nose

Heavy, like a shot put

I crumble fragile like a rose

Striking my weakness

Knocking my life out of proportion

Into a uncharted bleakness

A head filled with distortion

Though, to this illness I will be unsympathetic

After all, we all know it’s truly weak and pathetic
